1. Rs.5 Lakhs Advance at the time of Registration.
2. Rs.3 Lakhs after approval of surrogacy from ART & Surrogacy Board.
3. Rs.2 Lakhs at the time of embryos transfer to the Surrogate Mother.
4. Rs.3 Lakhs at the time of successful pregnancy (baby Heart beat)
5. Rs.3 Lakhs at 16 week after fully checkup of baby.
6. Rs.8 Lakhs at the time of delivery.

• Only those Intended parents who are physically or medically unfit or incapable of carrying a child to term can consider Surrogacy as an option. There are ART banks available through which couples can avail the services of a Surrogate.
• Once a child is born through the services of a Surrogate mother, they become legally bound to accept the custody of that child regardless of any abnormality or physical impairment that the child may have. Refusal to accept such a child shall be constituted as a legal offence.
• At any given time, a couple or an individual cannot avail the services of more than one Surrogate.
• Simultaneous transfer of embryos cannot be done in a woman and a surrogate.
• The complete Surrogacy Law 2021 regulations and their rules as applicable on candidate
• Intended parents need to apply for surrogacy at ART & Surrogacy Board
• After Getting the approval, Intended Parent have to submit surrogate detail and her fitness report
• Once Surrogate is approved, That surrogate mother will be used in treatment.
• Surrogacy shall be totally altruistic means, Commercial Surrogacy is Banned in India
